KEYper hosts your data on Azure Cloud Native and Azure servers, eliminating the need to modify your IT infrastructure or workload. We handle the maintenance and database backups in order to maximize uptime, preserve data integrity, and ensure consistent and reliable performance.
Updates & monitoring
As part of a managed service*, KEYper deploys regular software updates as soon as they're available (performed after business hours to prevent potential disruption to operations). We also monitor hosted solutions to proactively identify and resolve any potential problems, and perform database restoration, if needed.

Your SaaS subscription gives you access to KEYper GO, the mobile app that provides visibility and control of assets right from your mobile device. Staff can use their smartphone or tablet to check if a key or asset is available without returning to the cabinet. They can identify who has an item checked out, contact them at the press of a button, and even transfer ownership of an asset in the field. With KEYper GO, administrators can manage users and inventory with ease, check system and asset status, view transaction history, reservation requests, and much more.
Monitor SaaS status
We constantly monitor and update our services to maximize uptime. Using the KEYper SaaS status page, you can monitor for any known issues that may be temporarily affecting network performance, as well as planned maintenance or upgrade activities. These are always scheduled outside of normal business hours to minimize any impact to your operations.
