 The Dealer’s Advantage

KEYper’s electronic key management systems provide secure, trackable storage and control of keys and assets.  Locked inside a 16-gauge, powder coated steel cabinet, keys are attached to a fob using a secure tamper seal, and the fob is then locked into a reader board assembly.  Using KEYper’s web-based software, designated administrators can enter detailed attributes of their vehicle inventory, and assign key fobs to each of them using KEYper’s supplied iButton Reader.  From there, all key/vehicle activity is logged and tracked in your KEYper system.  When existing inventory is sold, or new inventory comes in, the details of those assets must also be manually updated.

With an Autosoft DMS integration, inventory information updated within the dealer management system is automatically updated in your KEYper key control system.  New inventory and their attributes are automatically populated, and sold vehicles are automatically removed.  This means less time spent manually entering and updating asset information, allowing automotive dealers to focus even more time and effort where it matters most — their customers.
